Pictures will have to wait. Not really sure how we did it as today is a blur (and not over yet). Sometime between, shipping out for a show, boy scouts,regular lessons and the vet we managed to get them done. Pat was on the scene with her camera but I know she didn't get this one under saddle because we were finishing up with him as she was arriving. She may have gotten some in hand shots.
So you will have to take my word for it when I tell you this is a very handsome horse. He is a big 16.2 hands and in reasonably good flesh. A dark chestnut with a pretty star. He behaved well for grooming and tacking and was very easy to catch in the field. He stood well at the mounting block.
This horse has had saddle training in the past but acts like it has been a while. He had a little blinker shock and was a bit concerned about the white walls but nothing bad. Once he acclimated a little he went to the rail and guided fine. His canter was a wonderful surprise. He knows a cue and has a nice collected canter. I really like this horse. He seems like a very sensible horse and is very handsome.

yep, and now I will have "Jeramiah was a bull frog, was a good friend of mine!!" stuck in my head. From the eval I can tell that I am already in love with this guy.

Simply gorgeous, I had the same exact reaction, just was not expecting this face. What a handsome feller, and who would not want to walk out to the barn or pasture every day to see this one. And he rides and behaves. I hope a very excellent home snatches this one up fast. Do we know his identity. WOW

Okay, so I'm probably reaching here but the resemblance struck me as soon as I saw the pictures of Bull Frog. The picture below is of Cadillac Imaj, a saddlebred gelding I owned and sold to a student a few years ago. She still has him, but I wonder if Cad and Bull Frog are related.
I couldn't tell you Cad's breeding but could find out.

Mareseatoats, your picture is absolutely gorgeous. Please post Cadillac's breeding, as I have drooled over that picture you posted. Give Bull Frog a month, and he will be almost as pretty!
